1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
Delivery Time: * Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 3-5 business days.
Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide for your convenience. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that our couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical address and a valid mobile number to ensure successful delivery.
6. Damages & Issues
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
